With many fixtures this year (2021) being brought forward, it becomes easier for captains to fall foul of rule 33. That also happens in a year when bad weather causes many postponements.
The penalty for that is severe, i.e. some scores changed to 21 - 0 losses, together with 2 points and 50 shots eliminated from the team's league table total, also a fine of £10.
This page is here to help you to avoid all that.
Brought together, in an easy to understand way, this aims to help you with your team selection.
It does this by using a database that holds changed fixture dates, together with up-to-the-minute playing records from bowlingresults.
(Some clubs have asked if brought forward matches have to be played in a specific sequence: the answer to that is no. But that does not solve the dangers to you from rule 33.)
